墨西哥外贸单一窗口10月22日公告，VUCEM自10月24日起向VUTCE分批迁移。不同机构的迁移日期不同；公告要求迁移前已发起的手续继续在原系统完成，新申请在对应机构迁移后进入新系统。
这里想邀请在墨西哥经营、负责外贸或与当地代理协作的朋友分享实际经验：
1. 公司内部与报关、办证代理之间，通常怎样交接申请编号、主管机构、受理日期和待补材料，避免重复提交？
