Information sources and corrections
How we compile entries, use source material and handle updates or removal requests.
Where information comes from
Company, service and collaboration entries may use official websites, organisers' public profiles, public submissions or material supplied by relevant parties. We prepare concise summaries and identify sources and source dates where available. Member posts identify their own publishers.
Using curated information
Entries support discovery, contact and initial matching. A public-source check does not confirm that a business, requirement or qualification remains current. Before engaging, confirm services, contracting entity, credentials, pricing, delivery and availability with the relevant party. Inclusion is not platform certification, endorsement or a commercial partnership.
Changes, errors and removal requests
If business has stopped, a requirement has ended, or names, addresses, contacts or services have changed, the organisation, publisher or rights holder can request correction, additions, an inactive label or removal. Source, attribution, authorisation and personal-information concerns can also be submitted below. Include the entry URL, specific issue, your relationship to it and supporting information. We review and act promptly after verification, and may suspend disputed information during review.
Source dates and maintenance
Source directory update, public-source check and website publication dates describe different events. A newly published summary is not proof of a new requirement. Historical procurement leads without current confirmation are not published as active orders; further verified information can be added later.
